Peak Power Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking resumes for the following positions:

Transmission Line Design Engineer: BSCE or BSEE with 3 to 10 years experience in HV and or EHV power transmission line design. Responsibilities include line routing, structure configuration, detailed design, plan and profile, structure spotting, specifications. PLS-CADD experience preferred.

Transmission Studies Engineer: BSEE with 3 to 10 years experience in electric power transmission line studies. Responsibilities include load flow analysis, contingency analysis, short circuit studies, and transient studies. Must have experience with the FERC LGIP study process including feasibility, system impact, and facilities studies, and be capable of producing well-written technical reports. PTI-PSSE and/or GE-PSLF experience preferred. Python programming skills preferred.

Civil/Structural Project Manager: BSEE or BSCE with 5 to 10 years project management experience in electric power T&D related projects. Successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be organized, have the ability to direct engineering projects, write proposals, develop/track budgets and schedules, lead project meetings, meet with clients and solve problems, PE preferred.

Mid & Senior Level Electrical Engineers: BSEE with 2 to 10 years experience. Knowledge of Utility and Industrial high voltage electrical power system modeling, studies, system protection, control and wiring design, substation design and specifications.

Mid & Senior Level Civil/Structural Engineers: BSCE with 2 to 10 years experience in power substation design. Responsibilities include substation layout, steel structure, foundation, bus, grading, and drainage design.

Junior Electrical Engineer: BSEE with 0 to 4 years experience. Knowledge of Utility and Industrial high voltage electrical power system modeling, studies, system protection, control and wiring design, substation design and specifications, FE preferred.

Junior Structural Engineer: BSCE with 0 to 4 years experience in substation structures design. Responsibilities include steel, foundation, bus, buildings, grading, drainage design, FE preferred.
